A former Soldier of the royal forces. After the council took over, Rukan was 'retired' from the forces after the death of the last 'royalty' and due to no support, was left to support herself in Hewza hur. Over the time,she became bitter and cold at others and made her own butcher business. Although small, many come to her for basic food - which is tasteless, but gets them by. In order for her to keep her business running, she hunts at the shores of Maria, where she faces many dangerous creatures, just for the sake of feeding her people. Everyday, she lives with the guilt of how she turned her back on the people when she was in the forces and got all of its perks of living. In her short time, she took in a young girl named Amarath, and raised her. Unfortunately, she found out about her deadly activities and sent her away in a fit of a fight. Ever since, she has continued her butcher shop, trying to support her community
Rukan is a background character I created who was heavily inspired from Arcane: Chirean firelight. I wanted to create a character who just like that character, protected their community whilst not being the friendliest.
