Felicia was born in Iremia. She grew up and shortly moved to Avalon, where she studied for a majority of her life. Felicia moved back to Iremia and only returned to study the strange rumors of Avalons selfish acts against the lower classes.
Ever since the start of the project, I knew I wanted to make some kind of hybrid character. I didnt expect her to get so developed throughout this project - as you can see from the pictures she underwent many design and colour changes.
