We discussed the ideas we had over discord. We all agreed that we had a certain way the exhibition should look like, and we all ended up collectively working on exhibition together:
We all went to print the posters. In the meantime, we started to create the book prop.
We ended up buying the binders a while ago because we found out it would be far too expensive to create a hard-cover book.
UPDATE 12/05/22: This was our final exhibition. Im very happy with how it turned out because its quite accurate to what we had plan, and we faced no issues in making it happen.
This is the final product of us messing around with the prop: Unfortunately, we had to change some things because the plants were not sticking with ANY sort of glue, so most of them had to just dangle - however the way we structured the plants seemed to hold everything intact.
Inside the book, we used the language we made for the plot and translated a spell we found on the internet (one that was accurate to our plot of course) and wrote it in there.
We did have a little misshap with the spelling, but that is explained in my evaluation.
