My favourite graphic novel covers would be Avatar: the last airbender and The legend of korra
Not only are they my favourite TV shows, but I recently started reading the comics and the covers are beautifully illustrated. They focus on who the main character is of the story, and tend to follow their colour palette, even if its just washed over faintly. You can still see the focus of who is the main character through the positioning, colours and layout.
For my own cover, I was looking at the different comic covers for avatar graphic novel covers. I wanted to create something that creates a certain scene and atmosphere with the colours and layuot.
